The last step when preparing a cutting plan is to print the integer solution. You can do that with the printed reports generated by the Corte. Choose in the Reports menu to display their previews.
Reports will not include the patterns having zero integer repetition since they will not affect the actual totals. Moreover, all reports will be generated starting from the current state of both the Results Sheet and the Cutting Patterns Sheet, which means that filtering will be applied if activated and hidden labels will be omitted.
Tip: Right click anywhere in the report to display a context menu that contains commonly used options.
Corte generates the following reports:
Cutting Patterns: Shows the scaled graphics of the cutting patterns.
Detail of the Current View: Prints the current view of the pattern as shown in the Cutting Patterns Sheet. This report is quite useful to print zoomed views of those zones in the patterns where labels or cuts are not clearly viewed.
Cutting Parameters: Lists the cutting parameters for each pattern. This include: the dimensions of the cuts in the step-semiprodcuts, the dimensions and quantities of the parts and reusable offcuts, and the final-semiproducts properties (see Customizing Labels and Cutting Patterns Sheet).
Listing of Coordinates: Lists the coordinates of all the cuts, included semiproducts and parts, for each pattern.
Listing of Materials and Parts: Lists the materials and parts having a total greater than zero in the Results Sheet.
Listing of Offcuts: Lists the dimension and multiplicity of all the reusable offcuts for each material.
Once activated the report preview, you can configure the printed page by selecting Page Setup from the File menu.
Important: Reports of listing type (all but Cutting Patterns and Detail of the Current View) are all designed for the Letter paper size and a default paper orientation. Selecting any other size or orientation can lead to some data will not be showed. You can export any of this reports to both text and HTML file formats. To do that, select Export Report from the File menu and choose the output format in the Save as files of type box. |
