You can import the launch data from Excel spreadsheets (tables).
To import Excel data do the following: 1. Create or open a launch. 2. Activate the Parts or Materials tab in the Data Sheet. 3. From the File menu select Import from Excel. The Import from Excel window will be showed. 4. Configure the import parameters and select Import. Imported data will not overwrite the existing ones. All of them will be appended to the corresponding tab instead. 5. Close the import window.
Before importing, select the Excel book and sheet from which data are going to be taken. Verify columns matching and define the range of rows to be read. The last row can be omitted in which case data will be read starting from the first row of the range until the first row in the sheet that is empty in the column corresponding to the first field.
You can configure the import process from the very Excel application. To do that, select Excel in the import window and, from the Excel application, load a book, activate a sheet a select a rows range. All of this actions will be reflected in the Corte’ s import window. |
